Something that I learned about photography that I didn’t know before was about the idea of depth-in-field. Before today’s lesson, my only understanding of it was that it was basically portrait mode on the iPhone. In both cases, focus is being applied to the subject or person in the picture and the background is blurred all throughout the picture. This forces the reader to understand the entire point or even story behind the picture along with other features.
